On Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at approximately 3:45 a.m., the Get N Go located at 2419 16th St. in Orange was robbed at gun point.

On Saturday, November 21, 2015, at approximately 8:35 p.m., officers with the City of Orange Police Department were dispatched to 5725 N. Hwy 87, a Dollar General store, in reference to an aggravated robbery. According to Lieutenant G.D. Keaton, Jr., upon arrival, officers made contact with store employees. The suspect was described by the employees as a white male who entered the business, put on a mask, brandished a firearm and demanded money. The suspect obtained an undetermined amount of currency and fled the store.

A man who tried to rob Third Coast Bank at 229 Dowlen Road with a BB gun came under fire from an armed customer who believes he wounded the suspect.

On November 10, 2015, at approximately 1:26 a.m., the Port Arthur Police Department responded to an aggravated robbery at BJ's Convenience Store at 1201 7th Street. 

According to a press release, a subject entered the store with a firearm and demanded money from the clerk. The clerk complied, and the suspect fled on foot. No one was injured during the incident. On Monday, October 5, 2015, at approximately 11:35 p.m., the Port Arthur Police Department received a report of an aggravated robbery at 2015 W. Hwy 73, at a hotel known as the Three Rivers Inn and Suites.

According to a press release, the clerk told responding officers that a black male entered the business brandishing a handgun, which he used to threaten the clerk. The suspect was able to obtain an undetermined amount of cash from the register of the business. He then fled in an unknown direction. The clerk was not injured during the incident.
