Aryan Brotherhood of Texas member sentenced in Nederland shooting

A member of the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas (ABT) was sentenced for his role in the 2009 shooting of a man in Jefferson County, announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales of the Eastern District of Texas.

One Beaumont man killed and two others injured in shooting

On Friday, Nov. 5, around 3:30 a.m. Beaumont police officers responded to the intersection of South 11th Street and Hollywood in reference to a shooting. When officers arrived, they found two men, a 25 and 26 year old both from Beaumont, suffering from gun shot wounds and had them transported by EMS to St. Elizabeth Hospital. The 25 year old was taken into surgery. The 26-year-old man died at the hospital and was identified as Damon Terrell Walker.
