The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) is seeking help in identifying the logo on a truck used in a burglary involving thousands of dollars’ worth of tools and machinery.

June 6, around 12:40 a.m., two male suspects cut the fence at a local business located in the 11000 block of Interstate 10 in Beaumont, JCSO reported, with surveillance footage capturing what investigators believe to be a white four-door Chevy short-wheel base work truck, with a distinct logo on the front passenger door, entering onto the property.

The alleged thieves allegedly absconded with a Miller Welder Big Blue 300 welding machine, a Miller Big Blue 400 Pro welding machine, multiple DeWalt battery operated power tools such as a skill saw, saw, four-bank battery chargers, a quarter-inch and halfinch impact drivers, screw drivers, oscillating multi tool, grinder, jig saw, ratchet impact kit and 60-volt batteries.

Anyone who can identify the truck’s logo or has information about this crime is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at (409) 833-TIPS (8477), www.833tips.com or via the P3 app.
