George Wallace is the true definition of an icon. For more than four decades, Wallace has been selling out comedy clubs and concert venues all over the world. From writing for "The Redd Foxx Show" to headlining his own show at The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas, his comedy derives from everyday happenings as well as sharing simple moments of life – he literally finds humor everywhere he turns.

Known in the comedy world as “The guy who can roll the room over if it’s dead,” Wallace will perform at the Grand Event Center inside the Golden Nugget in nearby Lake Charles, Louisiana, on Saturday, Nov. 4, at 8 p.m.

Tickets for the 21 and older show are $15-$25 and can be purchased online at goldennugget.com.

Wallace took some time to chat with us about Louisiana gumbo, the art of lying, living drug free, ghosts in his home and, of course, being Jerry Seinfeld’s real-life best friend. We couldn't contain our laughter during the conversation. Don't judge us.
