Summer Reading winners named at Kountze library

The Kountze Public Library announced the winners of the Summer Reading Program.

In the infant through first grade cate- gory, Remington Mason, first; Kye and Steelie Kelley, second and third, respec- tively. In grade 2-5, Adrina Townes, first; Noah Foxworth, second; and Emma Yount, third.

Reading Champions were recognized weekly and received book prizes through a Facebook drawing. Recipients were Denver Quinones, Haven Osborne, Bowen Smith, LJ Ferguson, Ivy Ehrhart and Noah Foxworth.

Student oral readers Bailey Blanchard, Molly Harris and Davis Price enter- tained children. Miss Kountze, Britney Cole, shared reading awards.
