Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas Foundation will host their first La Soirée gala since 2020 on Saturday, Jan, 28, at the Civic Center. Chairpersons for the area’s “Party of the Year” are Melissa and Chris Fisher. The Fishers and outstanding volunteer committees are hard at work creating an event that is sure to keep guest entertained with surprises planned throughout the evening. This year, the soiree will recognize the leadership and contributions of the Port of Beaumont. This entity is at the heart of our community and has done so much for our area. The FantaSea theme will set the tone for the night. Guests will journey under the seven seas and experience another world where adventure awaits. A myriad of performers befitting the theme will keep guests fascinated throughout the evening leading to a performance by The Party Crashers band! This high-energy band brings new dynamism to the soirée every year. Through the extreme generosity of the board, chairs, committee members, and supporters, the Baptist Foundation has been able to assist the hospital with projects to serve the people of Southeast Texas and this year is no different as funds will benefit Baptist Hospital’s Cancer Program. Each project makes a huge difference in the lives of the patients and families served in Southeast Texas. The foundation is still seeking some silent auction items. For more info call (409) 212-6110 or visit bhsetfoundation.org. See you there!
