Mrs. Candy, jail cook, retires after decades of service

After 20 years, Dora Phillips retired as the cook at the Orange County Jail on July 10, reported the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Phillips, also known as Mrs. Candy, was honored with a retirement party for her many years of service.
