Casey Chesnutt along with a slew of other talented artists will take the outdoor stage at Red’s Icehouse Fall Music Festival. Chesnutt, the song of country legend and original Beaumont Boy Mark Chesnutt, begin performing at an early age and won multiple talent shows while attending Hardin-Jefferson High School. After a 5-year service in the United States Marine Corps, where he was an infantry rifleman and later a sergeant, Chesnutt returned to Beaumont with his wife Claire and began his path of writing and recording music for his debut album, “Down Mexico Way,” that included his first hit single, “Even Texas Couldn’t Hold Her.” Earlier this year, he joined his dad on the iconic Billy Bob’s stage in Fort Worth. Ethan Osborne opens the festival at 1 p.m. followed by Chesnutt at 3:15 p.m. and Honky Tonk Jones at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, 1-9:30 p.m. Red’s Icehouse, Beaumont. $10.
