It’s time to be festive and frolic at the Winter Wonderland on Bolivar Peninsula. Get ready for an unforgettable day with a plethora of animals such as Snowflake the rabbit, Christmas (miniature donkey), Heidi and Billy (goats), Victoria the graceful peahen, Mary the zebu cow, Blondie (miniature horse), Hamlet (pig) and Shelley, the serene sulcate tortoise. You can purchase feed for the animals and capture glowing smiles at festive photo ops decked with Christmas décor, plus browse through a holiday gift shop. Free party Saturday, Dec. 23, at 5 p.m. with cookies, hot cocoa and a Christmas movie.
