Dolly Day: a tribute to the country icon

The great Dolly Parton will soon be turning 77 years young and Truck Yard Houston is celebrating in her honor. Dress in your best western wear and enjoy tasty Dolly drinks, dance to Dolly music, meet a Dolly Impersonator and compete for best Dolly lookalike contest at 7 p.m. There will also be a Dolly Parton cover band as well as an all-day children’s book drive. If you have never been to Truck Yard Houston, it’s an “come-as-you-are beer garden” that features several food trucks including The Cuban Spot, House of Hoopz BBQ and The Ultimate Kitchen. They even have a massive Ferris wheel.
