Mardi Gras on the Sabine

It’s the 20th annual Mardi Gras on the Sabine, which features two days of events at the Riverside Pavilion near downtown Orange. Gates open at 5 p.m. on Feb. 2 and feature food vendors, cardinal rides, and Zydeco music by Chris Ardoin. Gates open at 10 a.m. on Feb. 3 with an expanded Kiddie Zone, Munchkin Parade at 1 p.m. and the Krewe of Krewe Parade at 6 p. The parade will begin on Front Avenue and 1st Street, turning left on 5th Street, turn right on W. Division Street, turn right on 10th Street, turn right on Green Ave., and left on Simmons Drive.
