Toddler death

Port Arthur police have asked for the public’s help finding a fugitive they suspect played a role in the death of a three-year-old child.

After finding the body of a three-year-old, special-needs child in his home May 31, Port Arthur police arrested the boy’s mom and sister for injury to a child, a first-degree felony.
