LPD reports several arrests

The Lumberton Police Department reported several people were arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges recently.

Daryl Dee Thatcher, 53, of Lumberton, was arrested July 11 for indecency with a child (sexual contact). He was released from jail on a $50,000 bond.

Deshailyn Kalif Gasaway, 23, was arrested July 10 for possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, 1-4 grams (third-degree felony), unlawfully carrying weapon (Class A misdemeanor) and possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces (Class B misdemeanor).

Pricilla Benoit Crain, 70, was arrested July 11 for possession of marijuana, less than 2 ounces (Class B misdemeanor).

Jamie Janet Masters, 39, of Lumberton, was arrested July 10 for driving while intoxicated with a child under age 15 (state jail felony). Also, Maria Olga Gonzalez, 57, was arrested July 9 for driving while intoxicated, second time. She was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

On July 8, Bryanna Estelle Evans, 19, was arrested for theft of property, less than $100 (Class C misdemeanor).
