For the first time ever, Beaumont Municipal Court will be offering an amnesty program for "Class C" misdemeanors from March 19 to April 2. The warrant fee will be waived for any defendant who takes action on his/her citation during this period. Tickets can be paid by phone, in person at Beaumont Municipal Court (700 Orleans Street), or online.

On April 3, the Beaumont Police Department and Beaumont Municipal Court will be holding a warrant round-up for anyone with outstanding traffic violations, municipal code violations, and minor state law and city ordinances that occurred within city limits. To avoid arrest on this day, they encourage citizens with outstanding tickets to take advantage of the amnesty program.
