Beaumont officials have resumed daily COVID-19 updates July 8, reporting 12 new cases in the area.

According to data from the city’s release, the Beaumont area has confirmed 10,702 COVID-19 cases during the pandemic. To date, 185 local deaths are attributed to COVID-19. Hamshire has confirmed 232 positive cases, according to the data set, while Fannett has accumulated 404, Cheek registered 67, China had 187, Nome had 59 and Bevil Oaks had 97 as of July 8.
