BISD extends suspension of on-campus learning

Following the executive order of Governor Greg Abbott, Beaumont ISD has made the decision to suspend on-campus learning for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year. BISD supports the nationwide effort to slow the spread of the novel infection and the recent update on the need to extend social distancing practices. As a result, we will continue student learning via the Flexible Education Program through the remainder of the 2019-20 school year. The last day of the program will be May 28th.  We ask that parents continue to engage students via the online learning or the paper packet option. It is critical that we continue student learning to prepare for the following school year.
