Church chat concerns coronavirus

Pastor Randy Feldschau of Cathedral Church, 2350 Eastex Freeway in Beaumont, is inviting the community to attend a forum aimed at addressing the coronavirus pandemic – and its impact on Southeast Texas. 

Sunday, March 15, join the Cathedral congregation as the church hosts a panel of experts from the Beaumont Health Department, the Emergency Management Center, Beaumont ISD and others from the health field.

“Just like we prepare for any hurricane or natural disaster, we feel it is necessary to speak into this moment in order to help us prepare with accurate information, dispelling the fiction and addressing the facts,” an invitation from the church explains.

The service begins at 10 a.m., with the panel expected to start at 10:45 a.m.
