Divers recover man's body at Boomtown USA

The body of a Silsbee man was recovered after he was reported missing Sept. 9 while operating a dredge boat.

Elisha McMahon III, 62, of Silsbee, was reported missing at about noon. His body was recovered from the water at Boomtown USA on Interstate 10 later the same day, reported the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

OCSO, along with assistance from Beaumont Fire Department divers, searched for McMahon. His body was recovered about 6 p.m. and investigators reported there were no signs of foul play.
