Saturday, Aug. 6, join Beaumont Community Players as they offer up the SETX Festival of New Plays from 7 – 10 p.m. at the Betty Greenberg Center for Performing Arts, 4155 Laurel Ave. in Beaumont. Tickets are available at www.beaumontstages.com.
The SETX Festival of New Plays is “a one-of-a-kind event in Southeast Texas, seeking new and original plays to be performed live at the Betty Greenberg Center for Performing Arts, home of the Beaumont Community Players.” Creating some of the most multi-cultural, diverse programming in Southeast Texas, the organization is the only nonprofit community based performance organization providing year round programming and educational services in the area.
