Filing set for Sour Lake council seats

The filing dates for the upcoming election for the Sour Lake City Council are Wednesday, Jan. 18, through Friday, Feb. 17, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at City Hall, 625 State Highway 105.

There are three at-large seats up for election, currently held by Robin Powell, Johnathan Williams and Rebecca Gardiner.

According to City Secretary Debbie Morgan, the election will be in May.
