GOOD NEWS | Silsbee High School students advance to state

Thirteen Silsbee High School students competed in the UIL Solo and Ensemble regional competition last month, with nine moving on to state. 

Advancing to the state competition in May are Denajah Arthur, Ashton Barne, Tristin Bell, Cheyenne Cooley, Eli Cravey, Arion Killion, Damaris Lopez, Araiz Vallejo and Kate Vickery.

Four students received an Excellent rating at the competition. They were Briana Glenn, Cayden Newton, Dairrell Pilgree and Kenli Sonnier.
