pulled all food items, temps came down later that day, found ice buckets on the floor- they must be kept clean and off the floor, there was not a certified food manager on duty, employees did not have current food handler certificates, no sanitizer test strips, no paper towels at the hand sink, cleanliness was much better than previous visits – earned a score of 81

•Chicken Express – 520 S. Main, Lumberton – no CFM on duty at time of inspection, dates missing on prepped items in WIC, thermometers missing from coolers, ice machine chute and handles on coolers need to be cleaned – had a lot of build-up – earned a score of 93
