Hardin County, school districts discussing possible closures

Hardin County Judge Wayne McDaniel has announced that word is anticipated around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, March 15, as to the future of possible closures at the county’s five school districts as school officials have been weekend talks with the Texas Education Agency regarding how best to proceed to through the global coronavirus outbreak currently gripping the nation. 
 

“I suspect we’ll be making some decision together,” McDaniel reports, “but have no idea what that will be at this time.”
