The public is invited to join Lamar State College Port Arthur (LSCPA) the second De Colores Fiesta, a free community event taking place at the Woodrow Wilson Early College High School, 1500 Lakeshore Dr. in Port Arthur, on Friday, Sept. 16, from 4 – 6:30 p.m. Participants will first be treated to a performance in the auditorium, followed by free food and a mini market in the campus cafeteria.
