Murder warrant issued on 19-year-old male

A murder warrant was obtained March 20 for a 19-year-old male wanted in the shooting death of a teenage.
According to the Beaumont Police Department (BPD), investigators obtained the warrant for Koy Wayne Dodd Jr., a Beaumont resident. Dodd is at large and considered armed and dangerous. 
Dodd is wanted in the murder of Tadran Amon Carmon, 17, of Beaumont.
At 8:30 p.m. March 19, officers responded to the 4100 block of Chaison Avenue about shots fired and a male subject shot inside of a vehicle. Officers found Carmon inside a white 2015 Kia Optima that was backed into a yard.Carmon was pronounced dead on scene by Beaumont EMS and Pct. 6 Justice of the Peace Ransom Jones ordered an autopsy.
