Nederlanders to lose water Saturday

According to an alert from the city of Nederland, residents in the area of Detroit to Helena between 17th and 24th Streets will be without water service for several hours on Saturday, Aug. 21. The power outage is expected to commence at 10 a.m. and “should take no more than 4 hours.”

The Nederland announcement cites that “the interruption is necessary for the water tie-in at Bulldog Stadium.”
