Officer-involved shooting at Temptations

At about 11 p.m. Sunday, March 1, Beaumont police were called to Temptations Club located on College Street regarding a suspect actively shooting at the business. Patrol officers quickly arrived and encountered a suspect with a gun, according to BPD information.

Shots were fired and the suspect was injured. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to St. Elizabeth. A patron inside the business was also injured during the incident. No officers were hurt. As of publication, BPD reported, the investigation was ongoing.
