Orange woman found with bevy of drugs

Wednesday, March 17, Orange police officers obtained and served a search warrant at 2400 19th Street, where a bevy of drugs was found.

The Orange Regional Tactical Response Team searched the house and found the homeowner, identified as Caroline Manuel, 51, to be in possession of a "large" amount of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, codeine syrup and several firearms, according to a news release. Manuel was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, a third degree felony.

Manuel was listed on the Orange County inmate roster on March 18 with a bond totaling $175,000.
