PA City Council holds video conference meeting

In response to the outbreak of COVID-19, and to combat its spread, the Port Arthur City Council met via video conference from their respective homes and offices. 

The council postponed its May 2 election to November 3, the next available date. The council also decided to postpone a public hearing, regarding the proposed sale of six city parks.
