A Beaumont man, who is the suspect in at least one other robbery, was arrested Dec. 31 for aggravated robbery, evading and resisting arrest.

According to the Beaumont Police Department (BPD), at 8:22 a.m., officers responded to the Family Dollar in the 2200 block of Gulf Street in reference to a disturbance.
