Silsbee library presented check

The Silsbee Public Library recently received a check from Performing Visual Arts Council (PVAC). Last month, Library Manager Pam Hartt was presented a $300 check from the PVAC President Gaye Lokey and Past President Carole Seabrook for supporting this year’s ArtFest. The project was funded in part by the B.A. & E.W. Steinhagen Benevolent Trust through the Southeast Texas Arts Council.
