Suspected murderous duo arrested

With the assistance of U.S. Marshals and the Jefferson County Warrant Division, Port Arthur policeFeb. 25 arrested two out of three suspected wanted for murder.

Officers located and arrested Jakobi Diamond Broussard, 20, and Arthur Small Jr., 18, according to a news release from the Port Arthur Police Department (PAPD). Charles Ray Moss, 21, was still at large at the time of this report.

The trio is wanted for the murder of Christopher Thomas Jr., who police found dead Feb. 18 in the 400 block of 53rd Street. Police say Christopher sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
