After failing to verify information required for his sex offender registry and violating other terms of his probation, convicted counterfeiter and child molester Christopher Shaun Drucker, 37, of Orange, was arrested Sept. 12 following investigations by The Examiner, the Orange Police Department, the Pinehurst Police Department and the Orange County Probation Office.

No one officially knew where Christopher Drucker, a registered sex offender and convicted felon, was living until an investigation by The Examiner ensued. He is now residing safely behind bars at the Orange County Jail, and could face years in prison for violating his probation.

Neighbors living on Amaryllis Avenue in Orange say, though they received notification that registered sex offender and convicted counterfeiter Christopher Shaun Drucker is living on their street, he isn’t and has not been there for months.

Police in Orange are searching for suspects who shot and killed the victims’ dog during a robbery Sept. 24, reports Capt. Charlie Stephenson of the Orange Police Department (OPD).

The Little Caesar's Pizza place in Orange called police Sept. 23 after receiving counterfeit currency as payment for a purchase, reports Officer David Vaughn. 

According to a police report written by Vaughn, the officer responded to 2421 16th St. in Orange in reference to the discovery of the fake money. The manager told the officer that a customer had come in and paid with a counterfeit $50 bill. The customer service representative took the bill and provided change to the customer, who then left with food and some of the store's real cash.

Detectives in Orange are investigating a shooting that sent one man to a local hospital over the weekend, reports Orange Police Department (OPD) Lt. G.D. Keaton.

Officers from the OPD responded to the 1100 block of 11th Street at 2:50 p.m. on Sept. 16 in reference to a 9-1-1 call reporting “shots fired.” The caller advised dispatch that several shots had been heard in the area.

City of Orange Narcotics Investigators and Orange County Sheriff’s Investigators executing a search warrant at 509 W. Park Avenue in Orange on September 5 arrested one man and seized powdered and crack cocaine at the residence there, reports Orange Police Department Capt. Robert Enmon.

Police are investigating a shooting in Orange that injured one person but, according to the Orange Police Department (OPD), the victim does not wish to press charges and would not help identify the shooter.

Police are searching for the suspect or suspects who vandalized a church in Orange, spraypainting the church building and a vehicle at a nearby residence with symbols often associated with Satanism, including an upside-down cross and "666."

According to the Orange Police Department (OPD), patrol officers responded to a report of criminal mischief on May 31 and determined one or more suspects spraypainted offensive symbols at St. Mary Catholic Church, 912 W. Cherry in Orange, and on the vehicle located on Ninth Street sometime between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. that day.

Police in Orange are searching for a man who stabbed a woman in the neck April 17, reports Lt. J. E. Baggett of the Orange Police Department (OPD).

OPD reports, officers responded to the 2300 block of Pacific in Orange at 9:44 p.m. on April 17 in reference to an aggravated assault. During the investigation, they determined the victim was a 33-year-old Hispanic female who had suffered a laceration to her neck area. The victim was in stable condition but was flown via AirMed to St Elizabeth hospital in Beaumont for medical treatment.
