Beaumont Police Detectives are asking for help in locating a person of interest in the robberies of Cigarette and More that occurred Sunday, September 16.

According to a statement by BPD, the person of interest is Jeremiah Markeith Washington, an 18-year-old Beaumont man. If anyone knows where BPD can locate Jeremiah they are asked to call the Beaumont Police Department at (409) 832-1234. The Orange County Sheriff's Office is looking for help in identifying two burglary suspects. According to an announcement from the Orange County Sherriff’s Office, the two suspects are both white males who are suspected of entering a residence at 5780 N. Main in Vidor in the early morning of August 30 and removing property. Items stolen include antique signs, movies, toys and even an antique bicycle.

After releasing the pictures and names of three persons of interest in the recent robberies in Beaumont, officers with the Beaumont Police Department (BPD) took a suspect into custody, Saturday, Sept. 15.

According to a press release from BPD, on Friday, September 14, following a series of robberies in the Beaumont area, BPD detectives obtained an aggravated robbery arrest warrant for 18-year-old Jacorry Jamard Green and arrested him the next day.

Beaumont Police Department is looking for three suspects in a robbery of an Exxpress mart located at 4095 in the morning of Thursday, Aug. 23.

Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for a Pontiac Grand Am suspected as the vehicle used in a robbery and an attempted robbery at two Nederland convenience stores within two weeks. JCSO is requesting the public's help in locating the vehicle, which was caught on video surveillance at the scenes of the crimes.

The CVS on College and 11th was robbed in the afternoon of Wednesday, June 20. Officer Cody Guedry reported that Beaumont Police responded to the robbery-in-progress and arrived at the CVS within a minute, however the suspect already left the scene.
