Cowboy Harley-Davidson of Beaumont will host a birthday bash titled “Bikers, Blues & Brew” on Saturday, Oct. 15, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in their parking lot, which is located at 1150 Interstate 10 South.

The event will feature food trucks, street vendors and plenty of live music from the Flava Band, Julian Primeaux, Johnny Riley and blues guitar guru Mike Zito.

Zito is a fan favorite in Southeast Texas and has performed many sold-out shows in the area. He started performing at the age of 5 and has played all over the world and earned numerous awards including Song of the Year for “Pearl River” at the 2010 Blues Music Awards. His song “Roll On” was also used on an episode of the FX television hit series, “Sons of Anarchy.”

He has released more than a dozen albums including “Rock N Roll: A Tribute to Chuck Berry,” that features 20 of Berry’s classics performed by himself along with an impressive array of 21 guest guitarists.

Zito’s newest effort is a double-live album, “Blues for the Southside,” was recorded at Old Rock House in St. Louis, Missouri, and produced by Zito himself. The record showcases Zito and his stellar band in full fury with special guests Tony Campanella, Dave Kalz and guitar wizard Eric Gales.
