Movies in the Park

Beaumont Recreation recently announced the return of Movies in the Park. The next event is Friday, June 9, at the softball field at the Athletic Complex located at 1150 Langham Road.

Scheduled to be shown is the 2022 science fiction action film, “Jurassic World Dominion,” which stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Sam Neill, DeWanda Wise, Mamoudou Athie and Isabella Sermon.

Rated PG-13 and 147 minutes in length, the movie is the final film of the “Jurassic World” trilogy and sixth overall in the “Jurassic Park” film series, which concludes the storyline that began in 1993. 

Four years after the destruction of Isla Nublar, Biosyn operatives attempt to track down Maisie Lockwood, while Dr Ellie Sattler investigates a genetically engineered swarm of giant insects.

Movies in the Park are free to attend and begins at dusk. Lawn chairs, snacks and picnics are encouraged.
