About 5:30 a.m. Jan. 4, PAPD officers responded to 9th Street in reference to a “disturbance” over money, according to a news release.
The investigation revealed that during the course of the disturbance, the listed suspect kicked in the front door of the residence, entered and assaulted the resident. Officers located the suspect and he was taken into custody.
The incident is still under investigation by the criminal investigation division.
