The Beaumont Police Department is investigating a homicide that took place at Bar 23 Social Lounge on Sunday, March 17, at about 3:40 a.m.

According to information from BPD, officers arrived at the scene and located a victim, identified as 36-year-old Quincy Davis, in the parking lot of the club. Shortly after, two additional shooting victims arrived at a local hospital. One victim was listed in critical condition while they second was listed as stable.

The Beaumont Police Department made an arrest of an auto burglary suspect following a surveillance operation at the Folsom Hike and Bike Trail. 

Prior to the operation, an auto burglary had occurred at the location and resulted in the victim's credit cards being used at a local store. During the investigation, officers were able to establish a description of the suspect.

A Vidor police officer investigating the fraudulent use of a credit card had to go to a local hospital emergency room for treatment after encountering an unidentified substance that caused him to become ill.

The Port Arthur Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a woman suspected of several forgeries. PAPD says the alleged crimes have taken place in the Beaumont and Port Arthur areas.
