Beaumont Children’s Museum is celebrating their 9th birthday with a “Mad Science” party from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. that includes several different science experiences such as the Boo Bubbles, Alka Seltzer Rockets, Mentos Geysers (weather permitting), Rainbow Baking Soda, Vinegar Volcanoes and the popular Van De Graaff machine, which will definitely make your hair stand up. For those who don’t know, BCM is a nonprofit museum located inside the Beaumont Civic Center. Their exhibits are carefully selected to promote S.T.E.A.M. focused learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). Tickets are $6 for adults/children, $5 for military families and seniors.
