The Orange Police Department, Orange County Sheriff's Office, US Marshals, and the Texas Department of Public Safety executed an arrest warrant for Joseph Damon Gorney, an alleged criminal escapee, on Oct. 6.
According to an incident report from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Gorney was apprehended in the 800 block of Mercer in Orange. Gorney was remitted to the LaSalle Unit in Beaumont, OCSO further reports.
