Beaumont police arrest murder suspect

Beaumont Police arrested Jose Chinchilla for two capital murder warrants at the French Road Apartments, Wed., June 20, at 1:40 p.m. 

 

Beaumont Police worked with the US Marshals from the time of the murders until Chinchilla was apprehended.

Double-murder suspect caught in Beaumont

Beaumont Police arrested Jose Chinchilla for two Capital Murder warrants at the French Road Apartments on Wednesday, June 20, at 1:40 p.m., the department said in a statement Wednesday afternoon. According to Officer Carol Riley, Beaumont Police worked with the US Marshall's from the time of the murders until Chinchilla was apprehended. Investigators received a Crime Stoppers Tip and Port Arthur PD was asked to assist.
