Jefferson County Criminal District Attorney Bob Wortham announced Feb. 27 that Wilbert Anthony Frank, 29, of Port Arthur pleaded guilty to burglary with intent to commit aggravated assault, a first degree felony offense. The guilty plea was entered shortly before jury selection was to begin.

The jury assessed Montoya’s punishment at 99 years confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and Montoya was formally sentenced by Judge John B.
