The Beaumont Police Department is seeking relatives of a homeless man found dead under an overpass in the 4400 block of Washington Boulevard at 11:25 a.m. Sept. 29, reports Officer Haley Walters.

Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 6:30 p.m., Beaumont Police received a report that a human skull was discovered near Fannett Road and South 23rd Street, in the 4700 block of South 23rd Street.
